Raymond Antonacci, owner Mortgage Mayday, LLC
As a practicing attorney licensed in the State of Connecticut for over thirty years, Ray specializes in banking law, real estate, development, construction, and estate work. He has been lead counsel in two landmark Connecticut Supreme Court banking cases, one of which The Connecticut Law Tribune called "The most important commercial law case in the last 10 years."
In the early 90’s Ray inaugurated a short sale program designed to bring relief those suffering from the turmoil of the New England condominium market. He developed a system designed to expedite the approval process and has been successfully short selling distressed properties for over fifteen years.
An experienced real estate investor, Ray has hosted seminars and networking events to address the issues facing property investment transactions. He has owned numerous properties in the Greater Fort Myers area and presently owns real estate in Bonita Springs.
Christopher Spina, co-owner Mortgage Mayday Florida, LLC
Originally from New York, Chris started his career in 1977 managing his area’s Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. A few years later he was appointed CEO of the local YMCA and was involved in a complete rejuvenation of the organization. He held this position for 10 years while forming a privately held real estate company in New York which specialized in property management, acquisition and development.
In 1996 Chris acquired several properties in Southwest Florida and subsequently opened Spina Realty Company, serving the Greater Fort Myers area. Starting with just over $2 million in sales, Spina Realty Company increased their revenue to over $100 million in sales during 2005.
Realizing the need to help local residents out of the struggling real estate market, in late 2007 Chris recruited Mortgage Mayday to open up an office in southwestern Florida. Together they hope to bring relief to distressed property owners while encouraging positive activity within the local market.
