Getting started is easy! You can download the forms necessary for qualification in the “Forms” section of our website, fill them out and simply mail or email them back to us. Rest assured, all information provided to us is kept completely confidential and will only be used for our internal analysis of your present financial situation. Once we determine that a short sale is the right choice for you, we’ll get to work on your file and keep you informed throughout the process.
Our track record of success is one of the things we are proud of and want to maintain. We recognize that not everyone is a short sale candidate and do not believe in giving customers false hopes in order to increase our profit. In this market, time is precious and if we feel that your situation would not result in a successful short sale, we will let you know from the beginning.
