Getting started is easy! You can download the forms necessary for qualification in the “Forms” section of our website, fill them out and simply mail or email them back to us. Rest assured, all information provided to us is kept completely confidential and will only be used for our internal analysis of your present financial situation. Once we determine that a short sale is the right choice for you, we’ll get to work on your file and keep you informed throughout the process.

Complete the form to the right and we'll get back to you to schedule a free 20 minute, no obligation foreclosure consultation at our office in Waterbury. For the meeting, you should bring copies of your mortgage statements.

At the consult, we'll take a close look at your circumstances to help you determine your best course of action. You'll be happy to know that once a strategy is in place, we'll be contacting all of the necessary parties, including your lender.

Finally, it's time to have a look at the RESULTS! In this final step, all you'll have to do is agree to the negotiated repayment terms. Again, this modification is PERMANENT. Once you have agreed, we will send you a final agreement from the lender.
